In a small bowl mix all but the meat until well blended. Place meat in the crock-pot and pour the sauce over it and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-4 or until meat is cooked through and tender. Let rest about 10 minutes and you can cut or shred it and serve the remaining sauce over it.

Chicken Spaghetti

In a large frying pan heat on medium to medium high heat. Put Olive oil in the pan and then add chicken and the rest of the ingredients. Part way through the cooking add the mushrooms. Cook until chicken is cooked through about 5-10 minutes.

1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
2 c chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
2 c diced tomatoes (fresh)
1 tbsp dried basil
3 tbsp fresh parsley

8 oz cooked spaghetti

1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp salad supreme
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
1-2 tomatoes diced
1 3.8 oz can of sliced black olives (drained)
2 green onions sliced (1/2 tsp onion powder)
1 16oz pkg of spaghetti or favorite pasta (cooked and cooled)
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss with tongs and let sit for about3-4 hours to chill and incorporate all the flavors. Serve cold.

1 small package of hash browns or tater totts (or 3 c diced or shredded potatoes)
½ tsp salt
1 c half and half or ½ c whipping cream and half cup milk
1 c shredded cheese
1/2tsp pepper
Cook sausage and drain. Pat dry with a paper towel. In a medium bowl beat eggs, half and half, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In a large lightly sprayed casserole dish place the potatoes on the bottom. Next add sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for about an hour at 375 degrees or until the center is cooked through.

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Mix together and make into golf ball sized balls. Pour 1 tbsp oil into a large skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides ( about 2 min per side). Then place into spaghetti sauce to finish cooking for about 1 hour ( I put mine in the crock pot for the remainder of the time). You can bake then at 350 for 20-30 min or until juices run clear and enjoy with BBQ sauce.

1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 8oz container cool whip
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c powdered sugar
20 Strawberries
With electric mixer stir the cream cheese, vanilla, and cool whip together until well blended. Then add the powdered sugar until it is mixed in. You can cut the tops off of the strawberries and core the centers or you can score the pointed end. Put the mix into a gallon size zip lock bag and cut a corner tip and pipe it into the strawberries. This is fun to drizzle melted white and milk chocolate over for presentation.
To make into a no bake cheese cake double the recipe for the cream cheese mixture and pour into a graham cracker crust and serve plain or with your favorite fruit. For a twist you can add the zest of a lemon or a lime to it too.

You can cut the tops off of the strawberries and core the centers or you can score the pointed end. Put the mix into a gallon size zip lock bag and cut a corner tip and pipe it into the strawberries. This is fun to drizzle melted white and milk chocolate over for presentation.
To make into a no bake cheese cake double the recipe for the cream cheese mixture and pour into a graham cracker crust and serve plain or with your favorite fruit. For a twist you can add the zest of a lemon or a lime to it too.
Waffles
1 c all-purpose flour
¾ c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1 ¾ c milk
1/2 c cooking oil or apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
Combined all ingredients and mix until well moistened ( batter will still be slightly lumpy.
Pour about a cup into the waffle maker and cook per waffle maker instructions. Repeat with remaining batter. Enjoy!!!

2 pkgs yeast or 2 tbsp dry yeast
½ C warm water
¼ C sugar ( or 2 tbsp agave)
6 c flour
2 eggs beaten
½ C powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 c warm water
½ melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine yeast, water, and sugar and allow so stand until dissolved. Next add egg, water, oil, powdered milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix and add the 6 cups of flour. Stir until well mixed. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. You can cut in an half or pour it all out onto a well floured surface and kneed 1-2 times. Roll out and make as desired. Raise until light and fluffy ( approximately 30 minutes). Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

recipe's
So I have decided that I will start to type my recipe's and then upload them on the blog. Things have been crazy as we just moved and I now have a nice sized kitchen that I can actually make some fun things in and stuff. Hopefully I will be able to take some pictures (children permitting). I know I need to do more with my blog since I have been neglecting it lately and all so my resolution is to post some up dates and some new recipe's weekly. The first ones may be without pictures but that is ok. Cambria is having a hard time adjusting to the move and we are working on getting Brexten's ADHD under control so that he can function around people but just going to church is a chore with him so this will be a big work in progress. Chad is loving his job at L3 Communications and I am enjoing being a stay at home mom even though it is stressfull trying to work things out with Brexten. At least we have a spycholgist that is helping us to help him now.
