2-3 c cubed ham
3 chicken breasts diced
1 ½ tbsp fresh parsley
2 c washed white rice
1/8 c chicken bullion granules
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cracked pepper
2 c whipping cream
1 c milk
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
5 c water
¼ c honey mustard
3 c Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl whisk heavy whipping cream, milk, water, bullion,onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and honey mustard. Put chicken, ham, rice, cream cheese, butter and Swiss cheese in the crock pot. Pour mixture over the top and stir. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until rice and chicken are done.
