2 pkgs yeast or 2 tbsp dry yeast
½ C warm water
¼ C sugar ( or 2 tbsp agave)
6 c flour
2 eggs beaten
½ C powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 c warm water
½ melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine yeast, water, and sugar and allow so stand until dissolved. Next add egg, water, oil, powdered milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix and add the 6 cups of flour. Stir until well mixed. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. You can cut in an half or pour it all out onto a well floured surface and kneed 1-2 times. Roll out and make as desired. Raise until light and fluffy ( approximately 30 minutes). Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
