1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 8oz container cool whip
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c powdered sugar
20 Strawberries
With electric mixer stir the cream cheese, vanilla, and cool whip together until well blended. Then add the powdered sugar until it is mixed in. You can cut the tops off of the strawberries and core the centers or you can score the pointed end. Put the mix into a gallon size zip lock bag and cut a corner tip and pipe it into the strawberries. This is fun to drizzle melted white and milk chocolate over for presentation.
To make into a no bake cheese cake double the recipe for the cream cheese mixture and pour into a graham cracker crust and serve plain or with your favorite fruit. For a twist you can add the zest of a lemon or a lime to it too.
